Regional Sales Manager (RSM) (Los Angeles, CA & New York, NY)
Description:
The RSM will develop and execute territory sales plan to accomplish Metacafe annual revenue objectives. Personally handle and develop a territory/account list; and, as the business grows, have opportunity to hire and mange a sales team; facilitate resolution of territory and account issues; take the lead to create and package ideas that meet the needs of our core advertiser categories: Entertainment (Movies, TV, Video Games), Consumer Electronics, Packaged Goods (Food, Drink, Personal Care), Alcohol, and Automotive. Ensure optimal market coverage, professional client engagements, increasing awareness of products, services, and capabilities. Identify, coordinate, and attend all appropriate local marketing and advertising association events. Ability to aggressively manage the successful execution of sales strategy. This position reports into RVP for respective Coasts
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of proven experience at a media company in sales/sales management capacity - significant prior experience selling advertising/sponsorships to major accounts and advertising agencies is a must
- Excellent knowledge of industry trends, technologies, pricing models, ad campaign metrics and analysis
- Understanding of online ad serving, third-party research skills (e.g., comScore, Omniture, etc.)
- Exceptional communication & negotiation skills
- Exceptional presentation skills - leadership skills, creation and delivery
- Have the entrepreneurial passion needed to join a start-up
- Professional maturity, integrity, discipline and a positive attitude
- Ability to travel as needed
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong skills working with Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com

PHP Developer
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in server-side web development.
- Proven experience with object oriented programming and design
- Proven experience with MySQL and C++ is - an advantage
- B.Sc. in computer science - a must
- Good English reading and writing skills
- highly intelligent people with excellent problem-solving skills
QA Engineer
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and testing methodologies to measure software quality
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a SW QA engineer (C/S).
- Computer Science or related college degree.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with PHP, MySQL. HTML - an advantage
- Experience with automated testing tools - an advantage
- Familiarity with setting up test environment for Windows, knowledge in Linux - an advantage
Sorter (Content team member) - Part-time position
Requirements:
- Passionate about TV, music, films, commercials and short videos that make people stay in front of their screens for hours - an important advantage!
- Willing to work at least 3 shifts/week, including nights and weekends
- Good English reading and writing skills
- Independent and diligent worker
- Internet knowledge an important advantage
