Yeah...after he passes cup to other hand, that hand is removed from scene---to pick up a 100 dollar bill. Once he puts the cup down, the camera is stopped and the hand that is out of the scene replaces the burnt dollar with the 100 dollar bill. The hand is removed from the scene and the camer is started again. The name gagfilms is also a give-away as to the "fakeness" of this video. *Good* try and have fun being fined for destroying federal property.
